    • Unused Services: In cases where the client has prepaid for services that have not been rendered, a refund may be issued for the unused portion of the services, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

    • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations, Kabira Tech Solutions reserves the right to cancel or postpone services without liability for any resulting losses or damages.
